About

Registered Psychotherapist, Accredited Mediator and Parenting Coordintor

"I support people through their most vulnerable moments—helping them find strength, clarity, and hope. It’s an honour to witness their growth and healing."

I am Vincent Wong, a psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples move through life’s challenges with clarity, resilience, and compassion.

I hold a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University (Canada) and completed clinical training at St. John’s Cathedral Counselling Service in Hong Kong. My practice supports young adults and adults facing trauma, career stress, relationship issues, and financial anxiety.

My approach is integrative and evidence-based, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR) and the Gottman Method Couples Therapy. I am also trained in Discernment Counselling and Family Therapy through the Asian Academy of Family Therapy.

In addition to psychotherapy, I serve as a Accredited Mediator and Parenting Coordinator, offering a holistic lens on emotional and relational wellbeing.

Before entering the mental health field, I spent 27 years as a Managing Director in global investment banking across New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong. I hold an MBA from the University of Newcastle and a BA in Economics from the University of Toronto. This background gives me unique insight into high-pressure environments and the emotional toll they can take.

I specialise in occupational stress, trauma, and couples+ therapy, and offer culturally attuned support in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.

Whether you are navigating personal, professional, or relational challenges—I am here to help you find strength, meaning, and connection.
